A.R.T. MASSAGE BODY SPA is committed to bring the most advanced knowledge, skills, and products to the client. We have a deep passion to educate and bring forth the benefits of all our treatments to those around us. It is our mission to help our clients improve their quality of life through massage therapy and spa treatments using all natural, safe products.

We offer the ultimate in relaxation through sight, touch, smell and sound. Each treatment room has been carefully designed and uniquely decorated to subconsciously force one to RELAX.  We provide an atmosphere that leaves one with a renewed meaning of relaxation. 

THERAPEUTIC.

Each treatment is tailored to the clients individual needs. We believe human performance of every day life is affected by soft tissue dysfunction. Our goal is to reduce tension, induce muscle relaxation and enhance circulation through massage therapy.  Each of our treatments are created with purpose of being therapeutic, both through the use natural products and techniques.

SPA ETIQUETTE AND EXPECTATIONS

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.  Any cancellation with less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a  75% cancellation fee.  Full charges will be imposed for a "no show".

Etiquette:
a.r.t. massage body spa is a retreat for your mind, body and spirit.  We require draping in all sessions and treatments.  Out of consideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum.  Dedicate your time at our spa to complete relaxation.  Switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices is recommended so that you may relish in your treatment without interruption
from the outside world.

Reservations
We do accept walk-ins, however, we recommend that you book well in advance to secure you preferred date and time of treatment.  If we do not have space available for your desired date and/or time, ask to be put on our "standby" list.  A credit card number is required to secure appointments.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates for our treatments are valid for 12 months and can be purchased at the front desk in person, over the phone, or from our website.  Appointment  "no shows" will void the gift certificate.

Check In
Please arrive on time to avoid a reduced appointment time.  Late appointment arrivals will be responsible for the full payment of scheduled treatment.

Gratuities

Gratuities are greatly appreciated but not required.

Refund Policy
All gift certificates are nonrefundable.  Gift certificates are transferable and can be exchanged for any treatment of equal or less value, if available.

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
